Durbin Crossing

St. Johns, FL

Vallencourt was contracted by Wood Development in the early 2000s to build the infrastructure for this 2,000-acre master planned community. The project included the development of a complex network of roadways and paths, an underground utilities system that would service over 2,000 single-family home sites. It also included the creation of beautiful lakes to accompany the stunning conservation areas and natural preserves around the community.
