Crosswater at Nocatee

Crosswater at Nocatee

Ponte Vedra Beach, FL

PARC Group contracted Vallencourt Construction to build the infrastructure for their newest collection of neighborhoods in the master planned community of Nocatee. Constructing Crosswater Parkway provided access to the hundreds of additional new home lots. In addition to the roadways, Vallencourt created the extensive underground utilities network, storm and sewer management systems, and a complex network of paths and walking trails around the community.
