Seven Pines is a 1,000-acre master-planned community in Jacksonville’s Southside, located just southeast of the interchange of Butler Boulevard and I-295. Developed by ICI Homes and David Weekley Homes, the community honors the legacy of the Skinner family—whose seven brothers once farmed this land—while embracing a modern vision of connected living. Planned for approximately 1,600 homes and future apartment residences, along with more than one million square feet of commercial and retail space, Seven Pines brings together homes, parks, shops, and healthcare in one place. At its heart is a 34-acre Central Park surrounded by scenic lakes, miles of walking and biking trails, and a residents’ club with pools, fitness facilities, playgrounds, and gathering spaces. Outdoor recreation, including water activities, is woven throughout the design. The community will also feature a Baptist HealthPlace medical campus and a Class-A medical office building by Onicx, ensuring wellness is part of daily life.
