Located near the beautiful coastline of the St. Johns River, Shearwater is a new community by Freehold with over 1,500 acres, 600 acres of which contain preserved wetlands and open space. Vallencourt has provided the residents with an underground utilities network, complex roadway system, 13 miles of paved walking trails, and a network of storm drainage systems. This project continues to expand, and its main collector road will eventually connect CR 210 with CR 16A.
