Orange Branch Trail is the newest addition to Mattamy’s RiverTown Community and features approximately 1,000 new home lots, with miles of walking trails. Major construction elements of the project included: land clearing, site grading, roadway and multi-use path construction, utility main distribution systems, signalization, storm-water management ponds, and drainage systems.
