Vallencourt was contracted by Mattamy Homes to build the infrastructure for RiverTown, one of the county’s largest developments. Our scope of work included a new underground utilities system, sewer and storm water management systems that will service 4,500 home lots, as well as a significant amount of rehab and retrofit work. The RiverTown master plan will encompass 4,000 acres, from the St. Johns River to Bartram Trail High School, and is complete with a $6 million amenity center and several miles of bike trails.
